works alongside her colleagues on the Positive Leadership Expedition at the Sparkassenakademie NRW. Through this cultural and leadership evelopment program, the team has already supported approximately 19 savings banks and inspired more than 1,500 leaders. They believe that people want to thrive, and they support them in this endeavor with heart, attitude, and perspective. In her role as a product manager in the area of management, leadership, and executives, Christina actively shapes the further development and implementation of the program and supports executives on their development journey.
