works alongside her colleagues on the Positive Leadership Expedition at the Sparkassenakademie NRW. Through this cultural and leadership development program, the team has already supported approximately 19 savings banks and inspired more than 1,500 leaders. They believe that people want to thrive, and they support them in doing so with passion, integrity, and a forward-looking perspective. In her role as an organizational developer and project manager, Lea Berg actively shapes the further development and implementation of the program.
