is Deputy Chairman of the Board of Kreissparkasse Düsseldorf, where he is responsible for staff and back-office functions. He also lectures in finance subjects as an honorary professor at FOM University. He is the managing director of S-International Rhein-Ruhr Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, a member of the "Center for Scientific, Interdisciplinary Risk Management and Sustainability" at Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences, an advisory board member at the isf Institute for Strategic Finance at FOM University, and the author of numerous specialist publications.
