As Head of CX Strategy & Transformation at msg for banking, he is responsible for developing and implementing customer-centric strategies in the BFSI market and supports financial institutions in transforming their sales, service, and interaction models across digital and hybrid channels. In addition, he drives the integration of modern technologies and data-driven CX concepts and strengthens the company’s positioning in the area of customer experience in banking.
