Leadership MeetUp: Tool Edition
Making motivation visible: People at the heart of transformation Transformations, such as mergers or the introduction of AI, are not achieved through good plans alone, but through the motivation of the people who carry them out. In this special edition of the Leadership MeetUp ‘Red and blue make purple’, we join forces with Monday Rocks to show how modern leadership and digital tools make motivation visible. This allows friction to be identified early on, risks to be minimised and the impact of change to be accelerated – across teams, departments and locations.

Find out why intrinsic motivation is a key success factor for profound transformations such as mergers or the use of artificial intelligence. Our speakers Mario Reis and Dr Philippe Krahnhof will shed light on how modern leadership approaches and technological solutions can help make motivation visible and measurable within a company. The aim is to manage transformation processes in a targeted manner, effectively involve employees and minimise transformation risks.
The Leadership MeetUps are aimed exclusively at managers of all hierarchies and from all specialist areas of savings banks and cooperative banks as well as data centers (Atruvia/FI), preferably “ambassadors” from both financial groups.
This event will take place online. This means you can take part from the comfort of your computer. We use the video conferencing tool MS Teams for our online events. You can find more information on the technology in our FAQs.
